Our Mission
The primary mission of Harbour Light Christian Academy is to lead children to Christ and to teach them to be faithful servants of God through a Christ-centered education. Secondly, we desire to equip our students to be honourable citizens in their community and country.
A Christ-centered education includes Christian textbooks that guide the students in understanding God’s perspective on the subject matter and Christian teachers who use teaching methods that are biblically-based. The rules and regulations of the school are also based on the Bible and biblical principles.
To be servants of God is the goal that each Christian should have. We desire to assist parents as they train their children for this role and to show them that serving God is good and acceptable and perfect.
The word equip is used to remind us that we are working to give students the tools that will serve them after they leave our school.
Honourable citizens is included because we desire that the students will be prepared to understand the laws of their country and their responsibility to their country.
